Guidelines for Bridge and Jumbo Loans
MAXIMUM PERMITTED (with excess initial loss):
Maximum 90% (As-Is LTV)
90% (LTC)
75% of the LTV "As Repaired" With Permission
Maximum 12-Month Loan Terms
FICO minimum of 620
90% LTV and up to 75% ARV on "as is"
Loan Amount: $50,000 Minimum, $2 million Maximum
It is not available in states where Best Private Funds does not trade or in jurisdictions where it is illegal.
Only real estate that is occupied by non-owners is eligible for loans. This does not imply a loan commitment. Every credit offer is pending approval. There can be limitations.
